The Department of the Army’s USAMRAA is offering the Lupus Research Program Transformative Vision Development Award to support planning, development, and pilot studies that generate preliminary data and demonstrate feasibility for future interventional lupus research. The work is intended to advance studies that improve quality of life for people with lupus, with emphasis on innovative healthcare delivery models and interventions at the individual or healthcare system level. Applications may include preliminary data, must involve at least one lupus consumer advocate on the research team, and may support phase 0/1 clinical trials, but not animal studies or phase 2/3 clinical trials. About $500,000 is available for two awards of up to $250,000 each for a maximum of two years, with a pre-application due July 29, 2026 and a full application due August 19, 2026; the eBRAP Help Desk is available at help@eBRAP.org.
