FY 2026 Tech Youth Program
Grant Opportunity Analysis
The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs is seeking a cooperative agreement to implement the FY 2026 Tech Youth program, a new U.S.-based youth exchange focused on technical, leadership, and entrepreneurial skill-building for young innovators. The program will provide pre-exchange activities, a three-week summer 2027 exchange in the United States, post-exchange alumni engagement, and capstone projects tied to real-world economic and business challenges. Participants will include about 96 American and international high school students from select countries, with activities such as job shadowing, site visits to U.S. companies, meetings with industry leaders, and intensive coursework and hands-on training.
