Healthy Tomorrows Partnership for Children Program (HTPCP)

The Health Resources and Services Administration is accepting applications for the Healthy Tomorrows Partnership for Children Program to support community-based initiatives. Funded projects must promote access to preventive clinical and public health services for children. Eligible for-profit organizations must meet cost-sharing or matching requirements to participate in this discretionary grant initiative. HRSA expects to make approximately five awards, each with an award ceiling and floor of $75,000, drawing from an estimated total program funding of $375,000. Applications must be submitted electronically by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on January 20, 2027, and inquiries can be directed to the Maternal and Child Health Bureau at HealthyTomorrows@hrsa.gov.
