The Bureau of Justice Assistance is seeking a provider for training and technical assistance to support state and local grantees of the Residential Substance Abuse Treatment for State Prisoners program. The work centers on helping grantees improve comprehensive residential substance use treatment during detention or incarceration and aftercare services that support reintegration into the community, while also maintaining and updating the RSAT TTA website as a single source of information. This is a discretionary cooperative agreement under CFDA 16.593, with no cost sharing required and a focus on evolving needs and emerging evidence-based approaches for RSAT implementation.
