The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) is offering Cooperative Agreements for Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic Planning Grants to support states in developing certification systems for Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs) and establishing Prospective Payment Systems for Medicaid reimbursable behavioral health services. The program aims to assist eligible applicants, specifically State Mental Health Authorities, Single State Agencies, or State Medicaid Agencies, in preparing applications for participation in a four-year CCBHC Demonstration program. With an estimated total program funding of $15 million and an award ceiling of $1 million, SAMHSA expects to make approximately 15 awards.
