The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is inviting applications for the Kidney Precision Medicine Project Central Hub (U24 Clinical Trial Not Allowed), aimed at supporting the KPMP cohort through the collection and de-identification of clinical data and samples. The project seeks to establish a Central Hub that will collaborate with various sites to evaluate kidney biopsies from participants with acute kidney injury or chronic kidney disease, ultimately creating a Kidney Tissue Atlas and identifying critical components for novel therapies. This cooperative agreement has an estimated total funding of $5 million, with one award expected, and applications are due by October 5, 2026. For further inquiries, interested applicants can contact Debbie S. Gipson at Debbie.Gipson@nih.gov or by phone at 301-480-2268.
