Community-Based Participatory Research to Advance Data and Practice Transformation (ADAPT) for Optimizing Oral Health for All (UG3/UH3 Clinical Trial Optional)

The National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research within the National Institutes of Health is seeking cooperative agreement applications to support community-based participatory research that advances data and practice transformation to improve oral health for all. The funding will support UG3/UH3 phased projects that evaluate, implement, and/or test population-based interventions that leverage cross-sector partnerships to address social and chronic disease risk factors and barriers contributing to oral disease burden. The work is expected to include community-centered activities, specific aims and milestones for both phases, and collaboration within the ADAPT consortium alongside the CEED hub and NIH consultative resources. Applications from foreign organizations and foreign components are not eligible, and submissions are due by November 16, 2028; questions may be directed to NIDCR-ADAPT@nih.gov.
