OVW Fiscal Year 2026 Local Law Enforcement Grants for Enforcement of Cybercrimes Program

The Office on Violence Against Women is seeking grant applications to support states, Indian tribes, and units of local government in preventing, enforcing, and prosecuting cybercrimes against individuals. The program covers work related to criminal offenses that use computers to harass, threaten, stalk, extort, coerce, cause fear, intimidate, or unlawfully distribute intimate images of adults. It is a discretionary grant program with no matching requirement, limited to eligible state, tribal, and local government applicants, and it carries an award range of $350,000 to $750,000 with an estimated 10 awards totaling $6.75 million.
