Grant Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Mission to the Bahamas Public Diplomacy Section is seeking proposals to implement programs that strengthen bilateral relations and advance shared priorities between the United States and The Bahamas. Funded projects must focus on priority program areas, including Freedom 250 celebrating the 250th anniversary of American independence, business development and entrepreneurship, educational and cultural programming, sports engagement, and digital freedom. Eligible applicants include U.S. and foreign-based non-profit organizations, educational institutions, individuals, and public international organizations. This initiative will issue approximately five cooperative agreements with individual award amounts ranging from $5,000 to $50,000. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until the submission deadline on August 14, 2026, and materials must be sent to nassaupublicaffairs@state.gov.
