Defense Sciences Office (DSO) Office-wide BAA
Grant Opportunity Analysis
The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency Defense Sciences Office is soliciting proposals for its office-wide Broad Agency Announcement to investigate innovative approaches that enable revolutionary advances in science, devices, or systems for national security applications. Eligible applicants are invited to submit proposals for research and development services, specifically excluding projects that primarily result in evolutionary improvements to the existing state of practice. Awarded efforts will be structured as Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee completion contracts or other instruments valued under $2 million, requiring monthly status reports, final technical reports, and electronic invoicing through the Wide Area WorkFlow system. Because the contracted work is not categorized as fundamental research, performers will be subject to strict cybersecurity safeguarding requirements and must obtain prior written approval from the DARPA Public Release Center before any public dissemination of information. Proposals may be submitted through the close date of August 27, 2027, and questions can be directed to HR001126S0015@darpa.mil.
Eligible Applicants
All responsible sources capable of satisfying the Government's needs may submit a proposal that shall be considered by DARPA. See the Eligibility Information section of the BAA for more information.
