The U.S. Embassy in Lomé, Togo, through the U.S. Mission to Togo, is offering a Public Diplomacy Small Grants Program to fund projects that strengthen the U.S.-Togo relationship. The program supports targeted, results-oriented work in economic growth, security cooperation, and American innovation, including efforts tied to commercial ties, joint law enforcement and infrastructure protection, the Freedom 250 campaign, technology and diplomacy, and English language and entrepreneurship education. Projects are expected to be completed within 18 months, with awards for eligible U.S. and local nonprofits, educational institutions, individuals, and government-related organizations; organizational applicants must have a UEI and active SAM.gov registration. Funding ranges from $5,000 to $25,000, with about $60,000 available across an expected three awards, and applications are due June 30, 2026; questions may be directed to LomePDGrants@state.gov.
