Grant Opportunity Analysis
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is soliciting proposals for a cooperative agreement to establish and operate a Joint Hydrographic Center in collaboration with a U.S.-based institution of higher education. Eligible Applicants
Eligible funding applicants are institutions of higher education in the United States. To be eligible to apply or receive an award, applicant organizations must complete and maintain three registrations;SAM.gov, Grants.gov, and eRA Commons.
