Grant Opportunity Analysis
The Office for Victims of Crime is offering the OVC FY 2026 Services for Victims of Crime discretionary grant program to support the development, expansion, and strengthening of victim service programs for victims of crime across the United States and its territories. The program funds direct services for crime victims, including child and youth victims, victims of elder abuse, fraud, and exploitation, with allowable services such as emergency assistance, case management, shelter and housing, medical and dental care, victim advocacy, transportation, childcare, legal services, and employment assistance. Proposals must directly address the needs of crime victims, human trafficking projects are not eligible for this funding opportunity, and no matching requirement is listed; eligible applicants are other units of local government. Applications are due June 23, 2026, and awards are available up to $500,000, with assistance available from the OJP Response Center.
