DoW Traumatic Brain Injury and Psychological Health, Clinical Trial Award

The Department of the Army, through USAMRAA, is offering the FY26 Traumatic Brain Injury and Psychological Health Research Program Clinical Trial Award to support clinical trials addressing psychological health conditions and traumatic brain injury. The award is intended for interventions such as drugs, biologics, medical devices, diagnostics, therapies, and behavioral health strategies that could inform health care products, technologies, or practice guidelines. Applicants must include preliminary data and community-based participatory research, and they must choose between two research levels, with Level 1 for proof-of-principle, pilot, and early-phase trials and Level 2 for larger effectiveness studies.
