This program seeks to establish collaborative partnerships with U.S. universities and the technological sector to form interdisciplinary innovation ecosystems. The goal is to conduct fundamental research on innovation ecosystems, providing evidence-based recommendations to help the Army anticipate, manage, influence, and lead innovation.
