The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, part of the National Institutes of Health, is seeking cooperative agreement applications for HIV/AIDS Clinical Trials Network Statistical and Data Management Centers to support HIV prevention, treatment, and implementation research. The opportunity would fund up to four SDMCs to provide leadership for each clinical trials network and to coordinate study design and execution, including data collection, monitoring, analysis, and management of clinical and laboratory data from Clinical Trials Units and Laboratory Centers. The centers are expected to ensure data quality, regulatory compliance, reporting of protocol and site performance, harmonized statistical and data practices, and validated systems for data capture and integration in line with NIH data sharing policies.
