BJA FY25 Invited to Apply – Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) Reallocation Funds Program

The Bureau of Justice Assistance is offering an invited-to-apply federal grant to support implementation of the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) Reallocation Funds Program. The grant is intended to help state, local, and tribal correctional agencies and facilities prevent, detect, and respond to sexual abuse and sexual harassment while implementing the National PREA Standards. It is limited to invited state government agencies, does not require cost sharing or matching, and is associated with CFDA 16.738.
