Grant Opportunity Analysis
The Health Resources and Services Administration is seeking applications for the Health Workforce Research Center cooperative agreement program to support health workforce research. Funded centers will conduct rigorous, policy-relevant research and technical assistance to help federal, state, and local decision-makers understand and address critical health workforce needs. Eligible applicants include public health or health professions schools, academic health centers, state workforce investment boards, and other public or private nonprofit entities. The agency expects to make approximately 11 awards ranging between $450,000 and $900,000 each, with projects anticipated to start on September 1, 2027.
