The program is aimed at multi-center studies that use an established network infrastructure and proceed under a bi-phasic UG3/UH3 cooperative agreement. Projects begin with a milestone-driven planning and start-up phase of up to two years and may transition, with cooperative oversight from the administering IC, to an implementation phase of up to five additional years. Applications are not being solicited at this time, and the notice is intended to give potential applicants time to develop collaborations and responsive projects; interested parties may contact NINDS Division of Clinical Research at networkclinicaltrials@nih.gov.
