DoW Tuberous Sclerosis Complex, Idea Development Award
Grant Opportunity Analysis
The Department of the Army, through USAMRAA, is offering the FY26 Tuberous Sclerosis Complex Research Program Idea Development Award to support innovative, high-impact research that can advance tuberous sclerosis complex discoveries and patient care. The award seeks conceptually strong projects and supports both established investigators and new-to-the-field investigators, with the latter competing in a separate category. The program allows up to $0.80 million per award over a maximum of three years, emphasizes research impact and strategy, and includes review by both peer and programmatic evaluation; clinical trials and painful research on domestic cats or dogs are not permitted. Applications require a pre-application through eBRAP followed by a full application through eBRAP or Grants.gov, with about $3.2 million available for approximately four awards and a closing date of August 6, 2026; questions may be directed to the eBRAP Help Desk at help@eBRAP.org or 301-682-5507.
