The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs is seeking applications to support a project aimed at combating transnational criminal organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The recipient will fully support and enhance a newly established analytical center within the Bosnia and Herzegovina State Prosecutor's Office by providing data-driven analysis and tailored investigative mentoring. Key project objectives focus on developing expertise in open-source and financial data analysis, integrating analytics into prosecutorial practices, strengthening virtual asset evidence management, and improving international cooperation. Eligible applicants include U.S. and foreign non-profit organizations and educational institutions, with applications due by August 17, 2026, for a single award valued up to $650,000.
