The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s NCCDPHP is seeking a cooperative agreement to promote cancer surveillance workforce development, education, and data use under CFDA 93.832. The work will support the registry workforce through educational activities, collaboration with cancer partners, and development of tools that improve data quality, completeness, recruitment, and retention. The effort is intended to strengthen NPCR registries’ ability to comply with the Cancer Registries Amendment Act and submit timely, accurate, and complete cancer data, with no cost sharing required and one award expected.
