Grants to Expand Substance Use Disorder Treatment Capacity in Adult and Family Treatment Drug Courts

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration is offering a discretionary grant to expand substance use disorder treatment and recovery support services in existing adult and family treatment drug courts. Awardees will implement a coordinated, multisystem model that combines the legal authority of treatment drug courts with evidence-based SUD treatment services and engagement from the judiciary, prosecution, defense, probation, law enforcement, mental health, social service, and treatment partners.
