OVW Fiscal Year 2026 Grants to Support Families in the Justice System (Justice for Families) Program

The Office on Violence Against Women is seeking grant applications for the Fiscal Year 2026 Justice for Families program, which supports efforts to improve how the civil and criminal justice system responds to families affected by domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, and child sexual abuse. The program funds court-based and court-related services, supervised visitation and safe exchange, training for professionals who work with families in the court system, and civil legal assistance and advocacy for victims and nonoffending parents. Eligible applicants include states, territories, units of local government, Indian Tribal governments, courts, victim service providers, nonprofit organizations, and legal service providers.
