The recipient will enhance targeted HIV testing, prevention, and treatment through innovative data-driven models, community-based social network strategies, mobile service delivery, and differentiated service delivery models at medical facilities. This five-year cooperative agreement requires work to be conducted in Ukraine, emphasizing country ownership, alignment with the America First Global Health Strategy, and a preference for local organizations. CDC anticipates an approximate first-year funding amount of $10,000,000, and electronically submitted applications must be received by July 20, 2026.
