The National Cancer Institute of NIH is seeking a single institution to establish or maintain a Pharmacokinetics Resource Laboratory to support the Experimental Therapeutics Clinical Trials Network under a U24 cooperative agreement. The laboratory will organize biospecimen collections and perform pharmacokinetic analyses for ETCTN studies of NCI Investigational New Drug agents, including work on drug-drug interactions, CYP interactions, pharmacodynamics, and food effects. The selected organization is expected to have existing infrastructure to process about 25,000 biospecimens annually and to demonstrate GLP-compliant pharmacokinetic analysis, biostatistical interpretation, and integrated biospecimen management, with a project period not to exceed six years.
