The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration is seeking cooperative agreement proposals to support safety through recovery, engagement, and evidence-based treatment and support for people experiencing homelessness who have serious mental illness, serious emotional disturbance, substance use disorders, or co-occurring disorders. The program funds comprehensive street-based engagement, treatment, and recovery support services for this population. Eligibility is limited to political subdivisions of States, Indian tribes, and tribal organizations, and no cost sharing or matching is required.
