AFCEC Land Management Mapping for CONUS/Europe/PACAF Air Force Installations

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District is seeking a cooperative agreement to identify potential investigators for AFCEC land management mapping support for Air Force installations in CONUS, Europe, and PACAF. The work focuses on implementing land rehabilitation and maintenance using GIS data, including updating and maintaining 73 to 80 map layers and providing cartographic and analytic support, with optional efforts such as vegetation mapping, floodplain mapping, missionscape analysis, Native American Tribe Consultation Portal development, wetland delineation, and storage tank support. Eligibility is limited to Cooperative Ecosystem Study Units in the Colorado Plateau and Desert Southwest regions, and the agreement includes a 12-month base period with up to four additional 12-month follow-on periods, with an indirect rate of 17.5% noted for the project. Statements of Interest are due May 26, 2026, no full study proposal or budget is requested at this stage, and selected respondents may later be asked to submit full proposals.
Eligible Applicants
This funding opportunity is ONLY available for Cooperative Ecosystem Study Units under the Colorado Plateau and Desert Southwest regions. SIKES AUTHORITY ONLY: In accordance with the 16 USC 670c-1, Sikes Act, projects for the implementation and enforcement of integrated natural resources management plans, priority shall be given to Federal and State agencies having responsibility for the conservation or management of fish or wildlife.
