OVC FY26 Invited to Apply Antiterrorism and Emergency Assistance Program for Crime Victim Compensation and/or Assistance - Pennsylvania

The Office for Victims of Crime is offering an invited grant to support crime victim compensation and assistance for victims of mass violence and terrorism in Pennsylvania through the Antiterrorism and Emergency Assistance Program. The funding may support crisis response, consequence management, criminal justice support, and crime victim compensation, along with non-grant training and consultation services. It is limited to the invited applicant, is not a competitive opportunity, and is intended for incidents so large or unusual that local resources cannot fully meet victim service needs. Applications are due April 21, 2026, with one award anticipated and up to $3,516,209 available, and no cost sharing or matching is required.
