Funding covers the period from January 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, and applies to state workforce agencies in states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands; recipients must also provide quarterly financial and progress reports. Applications are due June 18, 2026, and must be submitted electronically by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time with the required package, including SF-424, SF-424A, the UI Grant Application, and a budget narrative.
