OVW Fiscal Year 2026 Violence Against Women Act Measuring Effectiveness Initiative - Request for Required Documents

The Department of Justice's Office on Violence Against Women is requesting required documents from the University of Southern Maine to award cooperative agreement funding for the Violence Against Women Act Measuring Effectiveness Initiative. The university will continue to review, clean, and analyze grantee performance report data, maintain the database, support Congressional reporting, and provide training and technical assistance to grantees. Key deliverables for the remainder of the project include completing a streamlined performance reporting tool for grantees and launching a public dashboard summarizing performance reporting data. This award supports the final 16-month budget period of a 60-month project, running from September 1, 2026, through December 31, 2027.
