Grant Opportunity Analysis
The Health Resources and Services Administration's Maternal and Child Health Bureau is seeking applications to establish a Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia Center to reduce illness and death associated with the disease. The selected recipient will partner with at least 15 clinical centers to expand and coordinate care, lead quality improvement projects, and build a national, de-identified patient data registry with electronic health record integration. Key activities include establishing an HHT network, piloting EHR enhancement alerts, forming an advisory committee, and delivering clinical provider education. This single cooperative agreement provides $2,900,000 in total funding for a three-year performance period running from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2029, with applications due by July 10, 2026.
Eligible Applicants
"Domestic" means the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau.
