National Child Traumatic Stress Initiative - Treatment and Service Adaptation (TSA) Centers

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration is seeking applications for the National Child Traumatic Stress Initiative - Treatment and Service Adaptation Centers grant program. Awarded centers will establish national expertise for specific childhood traumatic events, population groups, and service systems, while supporting the specialized adaptation of effective, evidence-based treatment and service approaches for communities across the nation. Eligible applicants are limited to domestic public and private non-profit entities. The program has an estimated total funding of $14,400,000 to support approximately 24 awards with an individual award ceiling of $600,000. Applications must be submitted through the eRA portal by July 15, 2026, though the submission portal will close once the first 50 complete, high-quality applications are received.
