Eligible Applicants
Eligible Applicants i. A State (including the District of Columbia); ii. A group of States; iii. An Interstate Compact; iv. A public agency or publicly chartered authority established by one or more States; v. A political subdivision of a State; vi. Amtrak, acting on its own behalf or under a cooperative agreement with one or more States; vii. A federally recognized Indian Tribe; viii. The Union Station Redevelopment Corporation ; or ix. Any combination of the entities described in (i) through (vii).
