Muscat - Annual Program Statement (APS)- PD Small Grants Program
Grant Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Mission to Oman’s Public Diplomacy Section has issued an Annual Program Statement under the Public Diplomacy Small Grants Program to support projects that advance U.S. foreign policy priorities and strengthen the partnership between the United States and Oman. Funded initiatives must incorporate a distinct U.S. component and target one of four strategic goals: advancing commercial ties, strengthening sports diplomacy and youth leadership, showcasing culture and creative industries, or advancing emerging technologies and space cooperation. Projects are limited to 12 months in duration, and non-individual applicants must possess an active SAM.gov registration and Unique Entity Identifier. Proposals are evaluated on project quality, organizational capacity, strategic planning, budget reasonableness, monitoring and evaluation, and sustainability. Applications must be submitted via email to MuscatPASGrants@state.gov by August 9, 2026, for grants ranging from $1,000 to $50,000 out of a total anticipated funding pool of $100,000.
