The Health Resources and Services Administration is offering Fiscal Year 2026 Expanding Nutrition Services grants to help HRSA-funded health centers increase access to nutrition services. The program supports nutritional and food-based interventions intended to prevent, manage, and treat diseases and conditions, and applicants must increase the number of nutrition services patients or visits. Eligibility is limited to Health Center Program award recipients with an active H80 award, there is no cost sharing or matching requirement, and awards are set at $350,000.
