Grant Opportunity Analysis
The Health Resources and Services Administration is offering the Fiscal Year 2026 Expanding Nutrition Services grant to help HRSA-funded health centers increase access to nutrition services. The funding supports nutritional and food-based interventions intended to help prevent, manage, and treat diseases and conditions, and applicants must increase the number of nutrition services patients or visits. Eligibility is limited to Health Center Program award recipients with an active H80 award, there is no cost sharing requirement, and the grant is for health-related activities under CFDA 93.224. Applications are expected to be due electronically by 11:59 p.m. ET on July 1, 2026, with awards of $350,000 each and a projected total program funding level of $125 million across about 357 awards.
Eligible Applicants
You can apply if you are a Health Center Program award recipient with an active H80 award. A Health Center Program (H80) award is funded under section 330(e) of the Public Health Service (PHS) Act.
