Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Order for OEM Aqua-Chem Reverse Osmosis System Equipment

The United States Coast Guard Surface Force Logistics Center intends to award a firm-fixed-price, sole-source contract to Aqua-Chem, Inc. to procure original equipment manufacturer reverse osmosis system equipment. The required equipment will support the system onboard the Coast Guard Cutter Campbell. The procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures, utilizing Aqua-Chem, Inc. as the only source reasonably available to provide the original equipment manufacturer parts. Interested companies that believe they can provide equivalent products must submit a written capability statement detailing their technical capabilities, company details, and proof of equivalency to Patricia Fremming at Patricia.M.Fremming@uscg.mil by 2:00 PM EST on September 11, 2026.
