Rocket Missile Maintenance Facility (RMMF) Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) PrSM and Voelz Gate ACP

The Department of Defense is preparing to solicit bids for the construction of the Rocket Missile Maintenance Facility (RMMF) at the Letterkenny Army Depot in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. This project will involve the construction of missile system facilities and will require a Project Labor Agreement, along with a brand-name requirement for the Mass Fire Alarm system. The solicitation is anticipated to be released no later than March 24, 2026, and will be competed as a Best Value Tradeoff, with no set-aside restrictions.
