The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District, is seeking contractors to provide hazard tree and vegetation removal services at B. Everett Jordan Lake in Moncure, North Carolina. The scope of work requires felling 21 designated trees, clearing approximately 2,300 square feet of vegetation near the Jordan Dam, and executing optional vegetation removal tasks on several saddle dike dams. Contractors must supply all labor, equipment, and supplies to complete the firm-fixed-price project within 75 days of contract award, complying with strict safety protocols such as submitting an Accident Prevention Plan. Evaluation will be based on the lowest-priced technically acceptable quote, with technical factors and past performance assessed on an acceptable/unacceptable basis.
