The U.S. Coast Guard Regional Support Team–Southwest is soliciting a firm-fixed-price, total small business set-aside contract to paint exterior and interior surfaces at Station and Aid to Navigation Team Humboldt Bay. Work covers Building 1 and Building 8 at 200 New Navy Base Rd. in Samoa, California, and includes surface preparation, lead-based paint encapsulation, priming, painting, cleanup, and related repairs such as baseboard and door slab replacement and wood staining. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, insurance, and qualified personnel, coordinate with on-site personnel to minimize disruption, and comply with OSHA, EPA RRP, and applicable federal, state, and local requirements. Performance is expected to begin within 15 calendar days of award and be completed within 60 days after notice to proceed, with materials samples due within 10 days and a final walkthrough required for quality assurance.
