The Bureau of Indian Affairs is seeking a contractor for the Sewer/Wastewater System Upgrade Project at the Northern Cheyenne Agency Youth Detention Center in Busby, Montana. The core work requires the contractor to replace approximately 150 linear feet of 6-inch and 300 linear feet of 4-inch PVC Schedule 40 piping, as well as replace all horizontally suspended metal piping in the facility's crawl space to prevent leaks and restore proper flow. This project is a competitive Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise set-aside with an estimated magnitude of less than $250,000, requiring a 90-day period of performance from the notice to proceed and compliance with local Tribal Employment Rights Office regulations.
