The requirement is for a Hornet XD 10’ x 20’ XPR460 CNC plasma table, model year 2026 or newer, or an equal product, along with a compatible dust collector and related gas consoles, regulators, and accessories. The equipment must be brand new and Made in the U.S.A., meet detailed technical specifications for cutting capacity and power supply, and include delivery, offload, startup, and five days of on-site training; if offering an equal item, vendors must show that it meets all salient characteristics. Quotes are valid for 60 days, the work must be completed within 90 calendar days of award, and vendors must submit published specifications and advertising literature with any equal-product offering.
