Deep Ultraviolet (DUV) 320 nm Laser for High-Dimensional Flow Cytometry.

The Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health, intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to Coherent Corporation for a deep ultraviolet 320 nm laser to support high-dimensional flow cytometry. The contractor must deliver and install a laser system capable of integrating with existing Cytek spectral, LSR II, LSR Fortessa, and Influx flow cytometers to enable the excitation of deep-ultraviolet fluorescent probes. This upgrade will expand the analytical capabilities of the LP Research Flow Cytometry Facility in Bethesda, Maryland, without requiring the acquisition of an entirely new flow cytometer.
