99--Notice Regarding Dept. of the Interior, IBC, AQD to close contracts.

The Department of the Interior, Interior Business Center, Acquisition Services Directorate plans to proceed with the closeout of several expired contracts in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation guidelines. The scope of this action involves unilaterally closing the specified contracts, which have expired periods of performance, are fully invoiced, and maintain a remaining balance of zero dollars. Affected vendors who prefer a bilateral contract closeout modification or have a valid reason to halt the closeout must contact the agency within the designated timeframe. Unilateral contract closeout actions will begin ten business days after the posting of this announcement.
