FY26 National Defense University (NDU) BLDG 61 and 62 Classroom Renovation, Fort McNair, Washington, DC

The Department of the Army, through the U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville, is seeking contractors for the classroom renovation of Buildings 61 and 62 at the National Defense University. The scope of work consists of commercial and institutional building construction to completely renovate the specified university classrooms. This project is designated as a 100 percent competitive 8(a) set-aside and will take place at Fort McNair in Washington, D.C. A pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for Thursday at 9:00 AM EST, with RSVPs required by 2:00 PM CST on July 21, 2026, to Project Manager Jason Phillips at Jason.S.Phillips@usace.army.mil.
