Fort Simcoe Job Corps Center Water System Renovation
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The USDA Forest Service is seeking a small-business contractor to renovate the Fort Simcoe Job Corps Center water system in White Swan, Washington. The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials for water system construction, alteration, and repair, including new water main and service piping, fire hydrants, gate valves, backflow prevention, reservoir and well instrumentation upgrades, and related restoration work. The project is a firm-fixed-price construction effort with a 180-day performance period, and proposals are to be evaluated on lowest price technically acceptable criteria that consider technical approach, prior experience, and price. A site visit is scheduled for March 18, 2026 at 40 Abella Lane in White Swan, questions are due April 14, 2026 at 1200 Eastern Time, and quotations are due April 20, 2026 at 1700 Eastern Time, with submissions sent to Bradley.Martin2@usda.gov and Ian.Barnes@usda.gov.
