Description

Sources Sought DEPT OF DEFENSE DEPT OF THE NAVY is seeking eligible contractors to repair-upgrade the P8 APU, specifically the POWER UNIT,GAS TURB PN 3800702-1 to PN 3800702-2. This repair-upgrade includes the implementation of a compressor bare metal shroud. Honeywell, as the OEM/DCA, is the only source with access to the proprietary technical data required for this repair-upgrade. The Government does not possess the necessary data to contract with any other entity for repairs at this time. All responsible sources may express interest and provide capability statements. This is not a request for competitive proposals, but all proposals received within 05 days will be considered. Source Approval is required.
