1030th / 1032nd Prepared Delivered Meals Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)

The Department of the Army, on behalf of the Virginia National Guard, is seeking to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements for the preparation and delivery of breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals. Contractors must prepare the meals off-site and deliver them ready for consumption in individualized containers, with no on-site catering or serving required. Deliveries will be made to government locations in Gate City, Cedar Bluff, Hanover, Powhatan, and Onancock, Virginia, over an ordering period of up to 60 months. The Blanket Purchase Agreements will have a maximum ceiling up to the Simplified Acquisition Threshold, and vendors must maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management to be considered for award.
