The Department of Defense, through the Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, is seeking proposals for a temperature control system (chiller/heater) for the United States Naval Academy (USNA) in Annapolis, Maryland. This procurement aims to enhance the capabilities of the Space Systems and Engineering laboratory by providing a system that can accurately heat or cool a thermal plate within a thermal-vacuum chamber, which is essential for testing small satellites and propulsion systems, as well as conducting plasma physics experiments. The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering a fully operational system by September 30, 2025, with payment processed via the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system.
