**SOLE SOURCE RFP to Bird-Johnson Propeller Company** Navy Propulsor and Propellers

The Department of the Navy, specifically the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division, is issuing a sole source Request for Proposal to the Bird-Johnson Propeller Company for Navy Propulsor and Propellers services.
